Lecturer, Women’s Development Research Center (KANITA), Universiti Sains Malaysia Ms. Lai received her Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Studies (Major) and Gender Studies (Minor) from University of Malaya in 2004 and Master of Science in Gender and Development Studies from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in 2008. After working as a project officer at Women’s Development Collective (WDC) and a research officer of Gender Studies Progamme at University of Malaya, her current position is a lecturer at Women’s Development Research Center, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
